Returns:
All returns must be requested within 30 days on receipt of the product. Any return requested outside of 30 days will not be granted. All returns not related to a warranty claim are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. The returns must be brand new in the box. If the wires have been clipped and/or modified the product is considered used and is no longer returnable.
Warranty:
All the products need to be registered with EPL at warranty@eplightinc.com to be eligible for warranty. Majority of the commercial and industrial product line is 5 year warranty on bulbs and electronics. PersonalAirKleen, TransportationKleen and KleenBox are 1 year warranty.
